Driver Problem

Ok, so on the new to me laptop (Think Pad) I can’t seem to get the driver installed for CO2102 USB to uart? I have downloaded the drivers from Silicon Labs to no avail. On my client laptop didn’t have this issue? I there another way to load drivers for this Com port?

for all icoms you need to install the icom supplied drivers from their website.
