How do you save a config file in Windows 10

I’ve setup a 7610 and 9700 at our EOC for ARES and have been using the Icom remote program. Wfview is much easier to use and I applaud the developers! I’d like to run two sessions, one for each radio on same machine. Is that possible and if so, how do you save a config file for each radio to be used in a desktop shortcut? Thanks and 73 N8WCP
