Merge Request - rigctl

I’ve submitted a merge request to fix a frustrating issue I had with wfview. I was coding a logger using wfview for rig control and noticed that “L RFPOWER” was not implemented. I updated the code in my fork and tested and it looks like it’s working fine. Just wanted to let you all know the request is out there. Thanks for all the great work.
