Suddenly cannot power radio on

operating remotely…I can connect via wfview, but when I go to power the radio on, it wont turn on…if I remote desktop into my shack pc, and start win4icom, the radio powers on…i can turn off via wfview, but when i go to use it again, it wont power on…
