Hello.

I have finally managed to connect.

After countless tests and with the invaluable help and dedication of Roeland (eternally grateful)… we came to the conclusion that it was something external. And this “something external” was none other than the router… which for some strange reason had an incompatibility with both the 7610 and the 9700.

I changed the router and… magic !!!

Thanks a lot to all of you and specially, I repeat, to Roeland.
