To make the Spectrum display not causing any potential hazardous effects to the central nervous system of the wfview user (me), I’d like to propose to implement averaging for the Spectrum Display. It looks like that you’ve that you’ve only read the data coming from the radio (FAST/MED/SLOW) for the spectrum display and passing it onto the Monitor. However, on a bigger display, e.g. PC-Monitor, this looks rather “jittery”. So if you’d add a little routine to add averaging to the Spectrum display it might help avoiding people to go mental after 10min of looking at the display.
I have a 4s video clip which I would attach if I would know how to do that.
