Cannot complete connection to server

I have a server set up on a Raspberry Pi 3. This is connected to a Kenwood TS-590S via USB. It is working correctly and can interact with the transceiver.

The client, running on a laptop with Ubuntu 20.04, can ping the server, can SSH into it, and can connect via VNC. WFView attempts to connect, but appears not to complete the connection.

The log shows that WFView finds the server, but does not complete the connection. I’ve double-checked the username/password.

The two computers are on the LAN. I’ve tried both wired and wireless with WiFi connections.
Both computers are running version 2.10.

This isn’t currently supported, we hope to add a Kenwood compatible server at some point.

Sorry about that, Jim. Our Kenwood capability is a relatively new feature and we haven’t caught all the features up with our Icom radios, much less the documentation! I’ll update the docs today on this.
