Can't connect to rig with WSJT-X

Hi!

I tried setting up wsjt-x but can’t connect to the rig via wfview.

According to https://3fs.net.au/amateur-radio/operating-wsjt-x-wirelessly-on-the-ic-705-with-wfview/ I had to install VSPE and setup a COM port (used COM100). Also, I installed VB Audio.
Both on client side - hope this is correct and it should not be on server side?

Can’t add more then one media per post, so:

I would usually create a virtual port ‘pair’ within VSPE and then within the External Control tab of wfview, tell it what the other side of the pair of ports is.

Having said this, I would recommend using rigctld as per the instructions here: Hamlib rigctld emulation | wfview
