CI-V over IP

Hey guys, I am trying to link an app to a 705/9700 /7610 via IP (LAN or WIFI) , and am always getting a connection error?

I am wondering if anyone knows how to get a wifi or lan CI-V link establish on icom radios ?

Looks like some applications did get it going? Any ideal how?
