I share my IC-7300 with other club members and the antenna does not cover all of the HF bands. It would be useful to disable selected bands from being transmitted on.

I think it is possible to restrict it on the Wfview side, but I don’t think it is practical if multiple people are operating it.
There is a function that allows you to restrict transmission on the radio side.
If you use the band edge function in the IC-7300’s settings menu, radio waves will not be transmitted even if you perform a transmit operation.
Please set the bandwidth of the band information you do not want to send to 0.

That is a very good tip. I forgot about that. This is the best way. If we do it in wfview you could still potentially work around it accidentally. At the radio is best.
