During installation of the Wfview program this error message appeared ,
is this a problem I can ignore ?

Hi John.
If wfview runs then you can safely ignore the message as you already have the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable installed.
If not, simply visit C:\Program Files (x86)\Wfview and run vc_redist.x86.exe manually to install it.

And if you still get an error when reinstalling, there may be another pending install operation. Just reboot to let that operation complete, then install again.
