Are you sure you are in edge mode and not in center mode? Can you toggle that back and forth once just to check?

Also verify that the edges programmed don’t just happen to be all the same. Do a custom edge and see if that works.

I can’t stand center mode, I’m always edge, so I can tell you this generally works

Just tried this and it appears you are correct, I will investigate! Unlike @eliggett I always use Center or Scroll-C so didn’t notice this (other than the fact I could select Fixed Mode.)

Hi

Yes I am absolutely sure I.m in edge mode. When changing on the physical radio it changes in the bandscope in wfview. But when using the dropdown in wfview nothing happens. And yes I always uses fixed edges. Been using wfview since ver 1.1 and Icom radios for ages. Same behaviour on both Windows and Linux. Have not had the time to test on Mac yet. Will do tomorrow.
Same on my IC-7300.

I dont want to sound rude, but I have worked with different remote Op solutions for close to 20 years and my work is within IT since 35 years. I try to be pretty sure before I file a bug-report.

If you witness the fidelity of most bug reports here, you’ll understand.

Any timeline for a fix of this issue?
I really like all other changes but this makes the remote operation pretty useless if you switch between CW and SSB part of the band often.

I do understand you probably have a lot of other issues to deal with as well, I’m just wondering if I should rewind my upgrade or just hold on and wait…
(IC-7300)

I can confirm that.

This is fixed in the ‘master’ branch of wfview and will be in the next released version.
