IDE alternatives for Qt development

Looking for an alternative to Qt Creator to use as IDE to dev wfview features.

Question is: “Can I dev Qt on an IDE other than $349 Qt Creator?”

Hi.

Qt Creator is free for open source development but you don’t need to use it if you don’t want to. I do much of my development with a basic editor and command line tools.
