The manual recommends the following Linux server setting:
Audio Input: alsa_input.usb-Burr-Brown_from_TI_USB_Audio_CODEC-00.analog-stereo
Audio Output: alsa_output.usb-Burr-Brown_from_TI_USB_Audio_CODEC-00.analog-stereo
In Linux Mint v21.3 Cinnamon, I can set the same Audio Output codec as per the manual, however the only Burr-Brown codec setting I have available under Audio Input is:
Audio Input: alsa_input.usb-Burr-Brown_from_TI_USB_Audio_CODEC-00.iec958-stereo
Is this the same codec or is there a alternate codec I should instal

Each Linux distribution is likely to have slightly different names, which is why the manual actually says:
Under Linux, these two names (or similar names) should work for the server audio on the IC-7300
If that is all you have, then that is the correct one.

Thanks Phil, thought I’d just check. Seems to work OK.
