macOS sound not ok with a virtual audio interface

Hello,

I’m trying to setup wfview on macOS for digital modes application.

My wfview is connected to another instance running on a rpi connected to the radio.

If I configure wfview to use my soundcard I have a clean audio output but if I route the audio through a virtual soundcard for using it in digital modes the audio is chopped.

I recorded a little video to show the differences.

This behaves the same with a loopback virtual interface or with a BlackHole virtual interface.

is your blackhole set to 48000 Hz sample rate?
