Only temporarily accepts manual freq entry

I want to QSY to 14033.1 kHz. So I go to the Frequency tab and enter the freq and press Enter. wfview goes to the frequency and after a second it QSYs itself back to 14096.14, the freq it was sitting on before I wanted to go to 14033.1. I can’t figure this out.

Any thoughts?

you only run wfview I hope/assume when this happens?
