Trouble with Virtual Com ports on MacBook Pro

I can see virtual com ports (dev/cu.usbmodem1411201) in WSJTX but not in WFVIEW. I am running Mac OS 11.3.1

Hi Mike,

You’ll need to connect to the radio using wfview first. Then tell wfview that you want to run a virtual serial port from wfview. This is where you can see how the virtual port is defined (see the Settings tab). Then tell WSJT-X that you want to use the virtual port created in wfview.

Does that make sense?
