TS-890 Personal Function buttons (PFA PFB PFC)

Thanks for the effort to support the TS-890.

I have V 2.11 working here this morning. Is there a button on the interface that is the same as the PFA button on the front panel of the TS-890? I use that button to transmit at low power to tune antennas using an external tuner. It would be great if that button could be turned on/off from the PC.

I use mine for the same function.

It’s a good idea. The PF buttons, if we get them into wfview, will I’ll allow users to add things we didn’t get to or think of yet.

I’ll see if there are commands to trigger them.

From what I can see having quickly scanned the Kenwood manual, there is a command to set/view what function each PFx button runs, but nothing that allows you to trigger that command.

Well that was a miss on Kenwood’s part. Any button that can be accessed on the front panel should be able to be actuated via software too.
