Tuner Control IC7100 not working? 2.03

Think the Tuner function in 2.03 is amiss for the IC7100.

Build is ed9a02a on serever…

Client nor server instance can start the tuning cycle, and i see nothing in any level of logging when hitting the TUNER button on the client. Just a (possibly coincidental):

2025-02-11 15:41:28.452 INF udp.server: “::ffff:[snip]” : Received token request
2025-02-11 15:41:28.452 INF udp.server: “::ffff:[snip]” ( “Control” ): Sending Token response for type: 5

Will play some more, thought this worked in an earlier build of 2.0x

I assume the [snip] is your ip address – sometimes it’s just better to modify it or give it a resonable name like ::ffff:<my_public_address> …

That is a standard periodic message and has no bearing on the issue. Not sure why it wouldn’t work though???

Sorry, yes, is a legacy habit :slight_smile: It’s the client IP address…

On the client from DEBUG log:

2025-02-11 23:46:00.672 DBG rig: Removing unsupported set command from queue “Tuner/ATU Status” VFO 0

This is toggling the Tuner on/off, or hitting the TUNE button.

I am fairly sure that the updated command made it into 2.03. Are you sure you don’t have any other IC-7100.rig files on the machine? The log should show you which file was loaded.

Thanks

Phil

Nothing out of place in the log, usual /usr/local/share/wfview/rigs/ for the .rig

I haven’t done a build since 4th January mind You…
