You have to add user to group tty.
Du musst dem User die Gruppe tty hinzufügen.
For most distro’s it is dialout when it comes to us devices
wfview defaults to trying a serial connection, but the original poster has not clarified if he is actually trying to connect over serial.
We need details in order to help. We should not be guessing each person’s use case.
He refers to a pi and /dev/ttyUSBx…
So? Even if you plan to use network on a pi it will still say that about a serial port when it starts up.
All I’m saying is I don’t want to speculate without the full story.
