It should just work (it does on mine)
You need to either, connect via USB at 115,200 (make sure that CI-V unlink is selected in the radio and the radio CI-V baud rate is 115,200). or via LAN.
You will have a MUCH better experience connecting via LAN though.
Yes it’s good now with your setting congratulation thank’s F5PLS
Hello Mr.Brow, et al,
Happy to see that you also have an Icom R-8600.
The super-nice and helpful folks who developed this program have tried to help me out, but so far I haven’t been able to get the program running.
Will blame it on old age related problems.
Since you have an R8600, could I please bother you with
where to find all the correct settings the program requires, as:
Network Name
Network User Id
Network Radio Name
Password
etc.
I understand tat it is possible to pull up all of these, and any others required,
directly from the radio itself.
Where do I find each of the above ?
I should have done a better job on recording the ones that work, but
it’s been such a long time. Until recently, it worked. Then, a power glitch.
Thanks for the help, very appreciated,
Bob
