I’m trying to get WFView connected to my ic-7300 via Linux Mint. I have WFView up and running on Linux Mint but I’m not seeing the 7300 port. I’m new to Linux so it might be something I’m missing, or overlooked, or didn’t configure, etc. TIA!

What ports do you see?
Check in /dev/serial.

Remember to add your user to the dialout group, otherwise you may not be able to use the com port.
Tip in terminal:
sudo adduser youruser dialout
