Should i set the mode for sstv to usb or usb dig (data checkbox) ?
I don’t think anyone here actually knows. This is a good question for Xiego or their user group.

I saw in the “full” manual (released Jan 19, 2024), that for digital modes, the user is expected to switch to “L-DIG” or “U-DIG” mode. This may be what is needed in order to get audio over USB or Networking. It’s not entirely clear. Just thought I’d throw that in here for any users wondering. Please let me know if you find anything out.

X6100 certainly pipes audio over network with digi off or on. I think on usb digi has to be on to use the 6100 internal sound card
I mean transmit audio, from the computer to the radio to the transmit circuits.
Just tested Tx audio is not piped to the x6100 when radio is set to U Dig but works ok on basic LF or UF
I think x6100 only listens to its own soundcard when on digital

Help me understand. What modes are working for transmit LAN audio? What is LF and UF?
Sorry typo Tx audio out ok in Usb and lsb but not when switched to digital

Hi Richard,
Ok I think I get it. In normal USB and LSB modes, network audio does go to the transmitter.
We have heard reports of people using that same setup and when they transmit, the mic on the rig picks up audio instead of the network audio.
