My windows 7 is 64 bit but it looks like the windows 7 download is for 32 bit. Thanks for any help I can get.
And does your download not work for. W7?
I don’t want to install the software before I know it is the correct software for my computer.
32bit will work on 32 or 64 bit Windows, 64bit will ONLY work on 64 bit Windows. As it is built using Windows 10/11, Windows 7 likely will not work with the 64 bit of wfview, but will work with the 32 bit version.
The moral of the story, try one, if it doesn’t work, try the other…
I think I am out of luck trying to run it on a windows 7 computer. MSVCP140.dell is missing and looks like it is no longer available from Microsoft.
Is that using the 32 bit or 64 bit version of wfview?
I found the problem and where to get the needed .dill. looks like I will be able to get things working. Thanks for helping this dumb old man. WFVIEW has loaded just need to do the setup for my situation.
