When I try to install the 64 bit version on my W7 Pro 64bit laptop it installs OK but when I attempt to open the program I get the following error…
“The procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll.”
Any idea on how I can proceed?

Install the 32 bit version like it tells you to in the downloads section!

Third time’s a charm… The first two tries it kept telling me it couldn’t find the COM port…

windows 7 support ended 2020. you might want to reconsider the use of windows 7.

True!!! but it continues to soldier on… Looking to convert it to a Linux system here shortly.
