WSJT-X stops receiving after a TX

Hi,

I am attempting to use my IC-705 in WLAN mode with wfview 2.03 and WSJT-X 2.7 on a Mac OS Sequoia machine.

Most topics regarding this setup seem to be about TX audio, but I can TX fine, and am picked up by PSK reporter. However, after a TX, WSJT-X stops receiving any audio. The waterfall is still active and receiving in wfview. WSJT-X will happily continue to transmit, but no further audio is received/decoded.

I have tried using all combinations of blackhole 2ch and Rogue Amoeba Loopback with PortAudio and RT Audio but get the same result each time.

I’ve also posted in the WSJT-X group, but the only reply I’ve gotten is a suggestion to buy ICOM’s control software.

I’ve been going nuts trying to get this figured out, any help would be hugely appreciated.

Anything useful in the wfview log? Check there before and after a transmit. Can’t hurt.

I also dumped the logs from WSJT-X which definitely shows some sort of error happening: https://termbin.com/ghtc but I’m not sure what to make of it.

lets break down the issue.

ditch wsjtx for a while. does wfview work 100% fir you ?
