My x6100 is packed, ready for a trip in the RV. And I do not have a usb c to ethernet adapter anyway.
But, can anyone confirm that
- getting such adapter will work?
- and if it does, does it fix the packet problem?
My personal view is that the wifi antenna is INSIDE the metal enclosure and will seriously attenuate the further away from the router you are.
Either we find a way to somehow move the internal wifi antenna outside the box, or figure out a way to put an external antenna on it, OR see if the usb c to ethernet dongle works.
