Support for Contour Shuttle V1?

I have a Contour Shuttle V1 that does not appear to be detected. Just wondering if anyone has found a workaround to use it?

All Shuttles (including different branded) are detected here. Which version wfview are you using ?
And BTW, don’t install a driver, wvfiew has its own shuttle-handling you have to setup in wfview first.

1.64. this is the model found. Appears to be for a specific model. WFView did not find it. Installed the contour drivers and if successfully found it.

The correct procedure is:

  • connect the shuttle to an USB.port

  • do NOT run any shuttle drivers, wfview should detect it on its own.

  • start your wfview-program

  • go to Settings > External Control

  • Enable USB-Controllers

  • Setup USB Controllers to your desires.
