Phil the 1st picture shows the 7610 available and NONE - the 2nd picture shows still none, but I can transmit/receive change frequency, turn on transmit, ATU etc. But doesn’t show Preamp and Attenuator? If I go into settings and save settings, the program locks up and I have to restart my laptop? Then I have to start the process all over again. The 7610 CI-V baud rate is set at 115,000 and CI-V is on. I have no problems with the radio at all. All of my programs WSJY-X, N1MM, JTDX, etc. all work. Just one more note: if I use Ethernet or USB I can still get WFView to transmit and receive. Maybe I am missing something?

Hi John.

Did you check that CI-V Transceive is enabled on the rig? This is almost certainly the problem as NONE indicates that the rig isn’t being detected and CI-V Tranceive MUST be enabled for this to happen.
